Paul has a BA from the University of Toronto and an MA from the University of South Africa. He lectures a lot – at universities and for clients, and has written on crisis communications, issues management and a bunch of other topics. He’s well traveled, collects dictionaries and likes mountain biking, Japanese movies and opera.
